RFID Journal Awards 2009

Showcasing the best of the RFID Industry

Categories

The RFID Journal Awards were established to recognize companies that distinguish themselves by their successful use of radio frequency identification (RFID). For 2009, awards will be presented in four categories. The first three will be presented to end users. The Best in Show Award will be presented to the RFID vendor exhibiting the best new RFID product (hardware, software or service) at RFID Journal LIVE! 2009.

Best RFID Implementation
This award will be given to the end-user company that has demonstrated the best use of RFID technology to improve its manufacturing, supply chain or retail operations. The winner will be the company that best demonstrates how RFID is delivering real value to shareholders.

Best Use of RFID to Enhance a Product or Service
This award will be given to the end-user company that has best used RFID technology to enhance an existing product or service. The winner will be the company that demonstrates how it is using RFID to provide additional value to its customers.

Most Innovative Use of RFID
This award will be given to the end-user company with the most novel use of RFID technology. The winner will be the company that best demonstrates how it is using RFID in a new or unusual way to solve a business problem, deliver a return on investment to shareholders or improve customer service.

Best in Show
The winner of this new award will be determined by a team of judges with input from attendees at RFID Journal LIVE! 2009, and will go to the company that exhibits the best new RFID product or service at the event.

The winners will be announced at RFID Journal LIVE! 2009, our 7th annual conference and exhibition, being held April 27-29 in Orlando, Fla., at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel. Each winner will receive a Crystal Glass award and be featured in RFID Journal magazine.
