The RFID Journal Awards were established to recognize companies that distinguish themselves by their successful use of radio frequency identification (RFID).
How to submit your application: How to submit an application is outlined below. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended or added to, so please fill out the form completely.
Deadline: All entries must be completed and submitted no later than 5:00 pm EST on Jan. 30, 2009.
To enter:
1. End User Entry Form
Download the End User Entry Form in MS Word format and answer as many of the questions as possible, as completely as possible. This will ensure that you provide the information the judges need to evaluate your application. Then e-mail the MS Word document to awards@rfidjournal.com no later than 5:00 pm EST on Jan. 30, 2009. Be sure to provide all the required information.
2. Best in Show
Download the Best in Show Entry Form in MS Word format and answer as many of the questions as possible, as completely as possible. This will ensure that you provide the information the judges need to evaluate your application. Then e-mail the MS Word document to awards@rfidjournal.com no later than 5:00 pm EST on Jan. 30, 2009. Be sure to provide all the required information.
