The RFID Journal Awards were established to recognize companies that distinguish themselves by their successful use of radio frequency identification (RFID).
How to submit your application: There are three ways to submit an application, as outlined below. Once submitted, entries cannot be amended or added to, so please fill out the form completely.
Deadline: All entries must be completed and submitted no later than 5:00 pm EST on Jan. 31, 2008.
Two ways to enter:
1. Download the End User Entry Form in MS Word format or the Best in Show Entry Form in MS Word format and answer as many of the questions as possible, as completely as possible. This will ensure that you provide the information the judges need to evaluate your application. Then e-mail the MS Word document to awards@rfidjournal.com no later than 5:00 pm EST on Jan. 31, 2008. Be sure to provide all the required information.
2. Those submitting an entry for one of the three end user awards (Best Implementation, Best Use of RFID in a Product/Service or Most Innovative Use of RFID) can fill out the electronic form below and submit your entry automatically. You will receive a confirmation by mail that it has been received. Those submitting for the Best in Show Award must download the Best in Show Entry Form in MS Word format.
